Seido helps real-estate agencies take on more rental management mandates without recruiting. Here is where we come from and why we are building this product.
Rental management is nothing new for real estate agencies. What is changing is the context: the sector is going digital, and more and more agencies that did not offer it are moving into it, or want to, seeing it as a growth lever and a source of recurring revenue. But past a certain size, coordination is still done by hand: Excel, WhatsApp, emails, calls. The ceiling is not the number of properties, it is the coordination time. Beyond that point, you have to recruit or turn down mandates. Both hold back growth.
Seido was born from this observation, in the field, alongside property managers who were hitting this ceiling every day.
The product grew out of conversations with several dozen agencies and property professionals: their feedback let us pinpoint exactly which problems to tackle, the ones other property management solutions do not yet cover properly. Every feature comes from a real problem: triaging incoming requests, coordinating service providers, tracking interventions, keeping landlords informed. Nothing was added just to look good.
We want growing a management portfolio to be a source of margin, not chaos.
Automating coordination to give back up to 15 hours a week, the share of time spent on automatable tasks.
Zero missed deadlines, every exchange traced, a team that can take over any case for one another.
Connecting to your existing banks and service providers, without forcing a closed network or a new bank account on you.
Arthur imagined and developed Seido by working directly with rental management agencies. His conviction: a good tool does not replace the profession, it removes the coordination burden that prevents growth. It is this approach, a product glued to the field, that guides every decision.
A one-hour demo, concrete, on a demo account. We show you what Seido saves you, with no generic pitch.
