The Platform is hosted by the following technical providers:

  • Application hosting (front-end / functions): Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States.
  • Database, authentication and file storage: Supabase, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4280, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States; data hosted within the European Union (region eu-central-1, Frankfurt).
  • Content delivery network, security (CDN / firewall) and encrypted backups: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (backups via Cloudflare R2).

5. Intellectual property

The trade name Seido is the exclusive property of UMUMENTUM SRL. The same applies to all Seido logos, their use, as well as any visual content (copy or screenshot) of the Platform.

All the constituent elements of the Platform, whether or not accessible to the user, are the exclusive property of Seido: the Platform itself, the databases, the website pages (content, text, images, graphics, icons, videos), the management tools, as well as any other tool or information made available.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the express, written and prior authorisation of UMUMENTUM SRL, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement sanctioned by the applicable legislation.

7. Liability

UMUMENTUM SRL makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Platform, without however being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels (Belgium), without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

In accordance with the regulations, consumers may use an out-of-court dispute resolution mechanism:

(The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) is deliberately not mentioned: Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the ODR Regulation and the platform was decommissioned on 20 July 2025.)
